Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

All orders are made through our website. For custom orders, you can send a message, but priority is always given to website purchases for security.

 

What payment methods are available?

Card, PayPal, and Klarna (pay in 3 installments).

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes are possible only quickly before the order is shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled until they arrive at the destiny, more info on the RETURNES//EXCHANGES page

 

Do I get an order confirmation?

Yes. You’ll receive an email when the order is placed and another when it’s shipped. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping info and delivery times

All info is in the SHIPPING section on our website. Costs vary depending on the destination and are shown at checkout.

 

How can I track my order?

More info on the shipping folder. Follow your order using the code we provide until it arrives. If tracking info isn’t updating, contact your local postal services.

 

The 17TRACK website is an extra tool if you have difficulty finding information, but the tracking code we send is the main source.

 Sizes & Fit

Normal or oversized sizes?

Sizes are generally normal. Some items are oversized; for a looser fit, choose one size up.

 

How do I choose the right size?

Size charts aren’t on the website, but you can email or message us on Instagram and we’ll help you pick the best size.

 

 Exchanges & Returns

Can I exchange or return an item?

All details are on the Exchanges & Returns section of the website. Some items can be returned or exchanged, others cannot, depending on the product.

 

 

 Products & Quality

Materials

We use various materials depending on the item, including 100% cotton and other blends.

 

Printing methods

Screen printing, vinyl, and DTF. Each product indicates which method is used.

 

Washing & care

Every order includes a care card. Recommended: cold wash, air dry, no ironing, avoid harsh chemicals.

 

Colors

Colors generally match the photos. Silver sweatshirts always have glitter/shine, which may not be fully visible in pictures.

 

 

 Collections & Drops

Limited collections

Some limited collections have remained on the website due to high demand (e.g., pink sweatshirts). More limited collections will be released in the future.

 

Frequency of new drops

No fixed schedule. Drops depend on the season, but we always give advance notice.

 

Reservations

We don’t take reservations. All items are released to everyone at the same time.

 

 

 Pre-Orders

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means the item isn’t in stock at the studio. It’s sent from the warehouse to the studio for printing/finishing after ordering.

 

Shipping pre-orders

Pre-orders take about 4–5 extra days to ship on top of normal delivery time.

 

Out-of-stock items

Usually, items remain available on pre-order. If we stop selling an item, it is removed from the website.

 

What happens if I order both ready-to-ship and pre-order items?

We usually ship everything together once the pre-order items arrive and are ready, so all your articles can be sent in a single package.

How can I contact you?

Via the website or Instagram. We try to respond as quickly as possible, though weekends may take longer.

 

Problems with orders

If there’s an issue, send us a message or email explaining the problem, and we’ll resolve it as fast as we can.

 

Updates & launches

All releases are available on the website at the same time and shared on Instagram, our main platform for updates.

Can my order be delayed during holidays?

Yes. During busy seasons like Christmas or Black Friday, orders may take longer to arrive due to higher order volume and postal service delays.

 

Do I need to place my order earlier during busy times?

We recommend placing orders early to ensure they arrive on time, especially for gifts or limited items.

 

Are pre-orders affected by busy periods?

Yes. Pre-orders already take extra time to process, so delivery might take a few more days during high-volume periods.

 

Will I be updated if my order is delayed?

Yes. We always send tracking information, and you can follow your order through the tracking code. If unusual delays occur, contact us or your local postal services.
